Gelatin Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. flavored gelatin dessert
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 green pepper, diced
4 radishes, sliced
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation

Place gelatin in a mold or a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
Add boiling water and stir to dissolve.
Add cold water.
Add celery, carrots, green pepper, radishes and onion and stir mixture.
Chill several hours until firm.
