Green Bean Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped green pepper
    olive oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 chopped onion
    3 (1 lb.) cans cut green beans
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    pinch of sage and oregano
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Wash, drain, string and trim ends of green beans and break/cut into 2-inch pieces.
    Pack tightly into hot canning jars, leaving 1-inch headspace.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt to each quart.
    Pour in boiling water, covering beans; but leaving 1-inch headspace.
    Put on caps.
    Process in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure, pints 20 minutes and quarts 25 minutes.
