Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted paraffin
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 large jar maraschino cherries with stems, drained
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler.
    Blend in paraffin. Mix confectioners sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla in a bowl. Shape by spoonfuls into balls around cherries.
    Dip into chocolate to coat.
    Place in paper bonbon cups.
    Yields 5 dozen.
