Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    2 tsp. garlic, diced
    1/2 c. chili hot peppers, diced
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion, garlic and peppers in skillet; drain well.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
