Moist Chocolate Fruit Cocktail Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix as for cake.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
