Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 3 times
1 can corned beef, shredded or broken into small pieces, or buy at deli and shred
12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 c. sour cream
10 slices beefsteak rye bread
2 sticks margarine
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the first 4 items in the order given.
Then spread sour cream over the top, then crumbs from the beefsteak rye bread.
Melt margarine and pour over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
