Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. canned corn
    10 oz. pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. crackers, coarsely crumbled
    3 tsp. butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix corn, broccoli, 1/2 cup crackers, 2 tablespoons butter, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with a mixture of remaining crackers and butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
