Chicken Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 large chicken breast halves
Preparation
    Cut chicken off bone and cut into pieces about 1 inch square. Set aside.
    Mix together dry ingredients and liquids in separate bowls.
    Roll chicken in liquid, then in dry ingredients.
    Deep fry in hot oil until puffy and golden, about 6 to 10 minutes.
