Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. young frying chicken, cut up as for frying
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and flour
    homogenized sweet milk
Preparation
    Salt and roll chicken in flour.
    Put melted butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place chicken in pan and cover with milk.
    Bake until tender, turning so that it browns on both sides.
    You'll find this is a change and delicious.
    Makes its own gravy.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
