Aunt Alice'S Olive Oil Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 50 medium sized cucumbers
    1 1/2 pt. white onions
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 oz. mustard seed
    1/2 oz. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and slice cucumbers thin.
    Mix in
    1 1/2 cups coarse salt and let stand 3 hours.
    Slice onions; salt and let stand 3 hours. Mix other ingredients.
    Pour mixture over pickles and onions that have been drained; stir well.
    Pack in sterilized jars and cover with pure cider vinegar and seal.
