Jean'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 box vanilla instant pudding
    1 c. bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 box 10X sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 banana, mashed
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs, milk, pudding and 1 cup of bananas for 2 1/2 minutes.
    Pour in 2- 9 inch pans or a 9 inch x 13 inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
    Let cool for 10 minutes and flip on cookie sheet.
    Freeze for at least 12 hours.
    To make icing, cream shortening, add 10X sugar, salt, vanilla and enough banana to hold a stiff consistency for icing.
    Ice the cake while frozen.
