Chicken Gumbo(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer
3 bunches green onions
3 c. fresh tomatoes
1 c. frozen corn
1 pkg. frozen okra
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
hot sauce to taste
Preparation

Stew chicken in 4 cups water the day before.
Debone and skin and cut up chicken.
Let broth set overnight in refrigerator. Skim off fat.
Bring broth to boil.
Add chopped vegetables. Bring to boil again and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add chicken and serve.
