Mystery Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. corn flakes
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    1 small pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Cook sugar and syrup over low heat until dissolved.
    Add peanut butter; remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with melted chips.
