Avocado Egg Salad(Makes 6 First-Course Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped parsley or cilantro
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl. Add avocados, tomatoes, onion, eggs and parsley.
    Toss lightly until well combined.
    Cover; refrigerate. Serve on spinach leaves.
