Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small box lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 can chilled evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix and press graham crackers, oleo and sugar.
Mix Jell-O and water.
Set aside to cool.
Whip milk; whip the cream cheese and sugar.
Pour Jell-O into cream cheese mixture.
Whip.
Add whipped milk until well blended.
Pour over graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate.
