Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can cut-up dried tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
    1 small diced green pepper
    1 diced onion
    1 can refried beans
    1 bottle taco sauce
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all but Cheddar cheese.
    Put in a cake pan or casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Heat in oven until hot (or great to do in the microwave).
    Serve with Doritos or nacho chips.
