Pineapple Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 2/3 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. pineapple juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 bananas, cut up
1 small Cool Whip
grated cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Mix flour and sugar.
Add egg and beat until smooth.
Add juice and cook in heavy pan until thick.
Add to jello mixture and drained pineapple.
Sprinkle marshmallows over top and chill until firm.
Spread on Cool Whip and grated cheese on top.
