Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 stalks celery
1/2 large onion
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 small (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
thin wheat crackers
Preparation

Chop celery and onion medium fine.
Melt butter in a skillet and saute celery and onion until tender, about 5 minutes.
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
