Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In iron skillet, cook sausage, onions and green peppers until lightly browned.
    Stir together corn meal, baking powder, salt, Cheddar cheese, corn, egg, oil and milk.
    Stir in sausage, onion and peppers.
    Also add the oil from the sausage.
    Turn back into iron skillet.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until done.
