Texas Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    seasoned salt
    garlic salt
    coarse ground pepper
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Season brisket with salt and pepper; top brisket with onion and green pepper.
    Place brisket in 2 layers of heavy-duty foil, wrapping tightly.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Serve natural juices and vegetables as sauce.
    Serves 10 to 12.
