Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 pie shell, baked and cooled
    1/4 c. peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, whip cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy.
    Beat in sugar and peanut butter at medium speed.
    Slowly add milk while beating.
    Fold Cool Whip into mixture.
    Turn into pie shell.
    Sprinkle peanuts over top.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze until firm.
    To serve, remove from freezer 1/2 hour before cutting.
