Rommegrot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh whipping cream
    approximately 1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 rounded tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil cream slowly about 20 minutes or a little longer. Gradually stir in flour.
    Let butter come to top and spoon off. Add hot milk to thin. Beat with electric mixer on low speed and keep on low heat. When about done, add salt and sugar.
