1/4 lb. soft butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour (self-rising)
4 eggs
1 container Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Dip each piece of bread into the batter and deep fat fry at 370\u00b0. Drain and roll in granulated sugar.
