Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil and stir until dry ingredients are moist. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and pecans. Spoon batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes and let cool. Makes a 10 x 13 oblong pan or 3 round cake pans.
