Diet Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 large box sugar-free vanilla pudding
    sliced strawberries
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large lite Cool Whip
    crushed pecans (optional)
Preparation
    In a large container, crumble half the angel food cake.
    Mix pudding as directed on box.
    Spread half over the cake.
    Put half of the drained pineapple and half sliced strawberries over the pudding.
    Top with Cool Whip, then crushed pecans.
    Repeat, refrigerate and enjoy.
