Margarita Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers, crushed into crumbs with 1/2 lb. ground blanched almonds
    4 (1 oz.) sq. white chocolate
    1/4 c. tequila
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Mix vanilla wafers with almonds.
    Melt chocolate according to package directions.
    In a blender, process tequila, orange marmalade, lime juice and corn syrup until smooth and stir along with melted crumb and chocolate mixture.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar.
    Store in fridge.
