Boyd'S Shrimp Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. jumbo shrimp
    1 c. red cooking sherry or red wine vinegar
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 tsp. basil
    1 bunch broccoli, diced or speared
Preparation
    Remove shell from shrimp.
    Wash in cold water.
    Combine all ingredients.
    In large mixing bowl, let set for 45 minutes.
    In a shallow pan or saucepan, cook on medium heat until shrimp are a pretty orange color.
    Broccoli should still be crisp.
    Serve with pasta, rice or broiled plantain.
