Whistling Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. water, divided
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 to 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well.
Add chicken; seal bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Drain and reserve marinade.
