South-Of-The-Border Dip(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tomato, cored
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. diced green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. diced fresh jalapeno pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 small clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place tomato in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pierce with a fork. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and vent.
    Microwave on High 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until tomato skin splits, rotating tomato after 1 minute.
    Peel, seed and dice tomato. Set aside.
