Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 25 clams
    2 crabs
    1 lb. shrimp
    8 chicken thighs
    1/8 c. olive oil
    1 head garlic, crushed
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 sausage or chorizo
    1 1/2 c. rice, washed
    3 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 red pepper, cut in strips
    10 string beans, halved
    1/2 c. peas
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 sprig parsley
    slices of lemon
Preparation
    Boil clams.
    Set aside 1 cup broth.
    Boil crab and set aside. Devein shrimp; saute with garlic.
    Set aside.
    Heat olive oil in heavy pan.
    Fry chicken and sausage.
    Cover until half done and push to one side.
    Saute onion in garlic, then add tomato sauce. Add broth, clams, chicken and rice.
    Mix everything together. When rice is half done, add red pepper and green beans.
    Cover without stirring for 20 minutes or until broth is absorbed by the rice.
    Paella may be baked in oven and kept covered.
    During last 5 minutes of cooking, add shrimp, crab and peas on top.
    Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs, parsley and lemon slices.
