Mock Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients

frozen cod fillets
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Cover frozen fillets with cold water and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes; drain again.
Cover fillets with cold water and add vinegar.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Dip in melted butter.
Wow lobster!
