Tortilla Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. water
    5 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder together in bowl.
    Next add oil and water to dry ingredients.
    Knead 5 minutes, forming a round ball.
    Make small balls of dough to roll out like tortilla rounds. With knife, cut 4 wedges out of each ball of dough.
    Deep fry in skillet both sides until brown.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Eat!
    Very delicious!!
