Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 lb. pork sausage
2 eggs
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cream (half and half)
1 can chicken broth
1/2 can water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
carton sour cream
rice or noodles
Preparation

Mix ground meat, pork sausage, eggs, soup mix, bread crumbs nutmeg and cream. Form into balls. Fry until golden brown.
Pour off excess fat.
