Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put butter and 3/4 cup sugar into a mixing bowl.
    Blend them thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
    Stir in egg, cream of tartar, baking soda and flour.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put the cinnamon and tablespoon sugar into a separate saucer, and mix together; set aside.
