Cheesy Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. chopped red and green peppers
    2 crispy cooked bacon pieces, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out center, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Deep-fry shells in 375\u00b0 oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown; drain.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Top with cheese; broil until cheese melts.
    Top with remaining ingredients.
