Nutty Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed
    1 lemon
    1/3 c. bottled olive oil and vinegar salad dressing
    1/2 c. walnut halves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
    4 oz. baby salad greens (about 4 c.), loosely packed
Preparation
    Grate 2 teaspoons zest and squeeze 2 tablespoons from lemon; reserve. Over high heat, bring large pot of water to boil. Add beans; cook until tender, 6 minutes.
