Company Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices frozen buttered bread
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
2 c. cubed ham
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. mushrooms, drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Butter or grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Put 1/2 of bread in bottom of pan. Put cheese, onion and ham on top. Use remainder of bread. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Add mushrooms to mixture. Pour over top. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered. Remove cover. Bake 15 minutes more.
