2 c. cooked vegetables: broccoli, carrots, green beans or peas
1 c. chicken broth
3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)
1 c. diced fully cooked ham
hot pepper sauce
pepper to taste
celery leaves
Preparation

Place vegetables and broth in food processor until pureed. Turn into saucepan.
