Onion Board - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 c. finely diced onions
1 refrigerated all-ready pizza crust dough (10 oz.)
1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In 9-inch nonstick skillet, combine margarine and oil and heat until margarine is melted; add onions and saute over high heat until golden, about 2 minutes.
Set aside.
Line 15 x 10 x 1/4-inch nonstick jellyroll pan with pizza crust dough, pressing dough to edges of pan.
Spread onion mixture evenly over surface of dough, leaving 1/2-inch edge on all four sides of dough; sprinkle poppy seed over onion mixture.
Bake until dough is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Cut into 20 equal pieces.
