Hot Chocolate Chip Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 regular 9 inch pie shell, prebaked 5-8 minutes
Preparation
    Cream cooled butter and sugar until light.
    Blend in vanilla and eggs.
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and add to creamed mixture.
    Beat for several minutes.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips in prebaked shell and work some up the sides.
    Pour batter on top and spread carefully to cover entire surface.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden and tester comes out clean.
    Serve hot ala mode with vanilla ice cream on top.
    If it is cooled, just heat up in microwave and then serve.
    Also very good served at room temperature.
