Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts
3/4 c. (low-fat) mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain and rinse artichokes.
Cut into pieces.
Mix with cheese, pepper and mayonnaise.
Pour into small crock and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Brown top.
Serve warm with crackers.
