Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced raw potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 c. boiling water
3 c. milk
3/4 lb. bacon
3 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 1/2 c. cream-style corn
Preparation
-
Mix potatoes, celery, onion and water.
Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Panfry and drain bacon.
Add remaining ingredients to cooked vegetables.
Heat for a minute and put bacon pieces on top.
Serve while hot.
