Chicken-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 small pkg. prepared herb seasoned stuffing mix or 4 c. dry bread crumbs, slightly salted
4 or 5 c. chicken, cooked, skinned and cut into large bite size pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cut same size as chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can chicken broth
black pepper to taste
2 tsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation

Prepare in one 9 x 13-inch baking dish or two 8 x 8-inch dishes.
Melt margarine in a large pan and stir in crumbs until well mixed.
Divide into 2 portions (4 for two 8 x 8-inch pans). Spread one portion in bottom of baking dish, cover with chicken and broccoli which has been tossed together.
Sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
