Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 stick of margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in spring-form pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes more until edges of cheese cake brown.
    Then shut off oven and let the cake stay in oven for one hour.
