Baked Ziti With Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. heavy cream
    8 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. marinara sauce
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook ziti.
    Drain; return to pot and cover.
    Melt butter in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cream and 6 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese.
    Add about 1/4 of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Stir until the cheese melts.
    Add ziti, stirring well to coat.
    Stir in 6 tablespoons parsley, 1 3/4 cups marinara sauce and pepper.
    Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Top with remaining sauce, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
