Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6-inch) tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 or 2 canned jalapeno chili peppers
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
    olives, tomatoes and green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wrap tortillas in foil.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until softened.
