Chili Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled chicken, deboned
    1 bag regular size Doritos
    1 stick butter
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can mild chopped jalapenos
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken and when cool, debone.
    In a skillet, melt 1 stick butter.
    Add diced onion; then add jalapenos, evaporated milk and 3/4 of the Velveeta cheese.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer chips, chicken and sauce.
    Repeat until all are used up.
    Then add remaining Velveeta cheese that has been grated. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
