Baked Chicken(Makes Its Own Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can whole onions (2 c.)
    dash of paprika
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Coat chicken
    with
    flour
    and arrange in single layer, skin down, in
    melted
    butter
    in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered,\tin
    425\u00b0
    oven for 30 minutes.\tTurn chicken and bake until
    brown,
    15 to 20 minutes longer, until tender. Remove from oven
    and
    reduce
    temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Pour off excess fat.
