Microwave Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a 1-quart casserole in microwave.
    Mix other ingredients well and add to oleo.
    Cook, covered, for 8 minutes or until pudding is slightly soft in the center, stirring 1 time. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
    Yields 6 servings.
