Spinach And Herb Dip For Raw Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 c. chopped spinach
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped chives
    1/4 c. chopped dill
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients.
    Chill for at least 3 hours. Makes 4 cups.
